About the Role
As the General Manager Logistics, you will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day leadership of our Logistics network. This role is central to how we safely deliver for our customers, support our teams, and continuously improve the way we operate.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- HSEW Responsibilities - Ensure all employees, contractors, and customers/visitors on site operate in accordance with HSEW company policies, procedures, standards, as well as within all legislative requirements and guidelines.
- Leading Organisational & People Change - coaching and developing the capability within your teams, as well as driving Strait Link's company strategy and transformation journey within the business.
- Operational Excellence - identify opportunities to improve operational excellence, productivity and service delivery. Leverage effective relationships with business partners internally and externally to seek opportunities and achieve business growth.
- Business Management - manage, monitor. and deliver the Logistics budget, ensuring expenditure is within budget by analysing cost effectiveness and directing cost control activities.
- Customer Experience - develop strategies that ensure customer satisfaction, and guide leaders in developing initiatives and solutions designed from a customer perspective.
