Remuneration: ASO7 ($108,109 - $116,864 per annum) + 11.5% Superannuation

Role Details

We are currently seeking a Data and Information Architect to join the ICT and Information Management Directorate on a full-time ongoing basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the design and development of data and information architecture while ensuring they align with the technology strategy of DCP.
• Collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions.
• Assessing current and target states of the architecture to align with strategic or tactical objectives.
• Designing and implementing data models, data integration and data governance processes to ensure data quality, consistency and security.
• Developing and managing data dictionaries, data taxonomies and data lineage to ensure data governance and compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in leading the design, implementation and maintenance of data and information architecture.
• Knowledge of relevant ICT government, information architecture and security related standards, policies, principles and guidelines.
• Experience in leading the performance and development of a team in delivering architecture services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Experience in contributing to the preparation of business cases for approval, funding and prioritisation of enterprise-wide transformation.
