About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Technical Analyst to work within our ICT Division.
Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, this role is responsible for systems configuration, ensuring systems integrity and providing support to Scope’s key business systems.
Your Key Focus
- Be an active member of cross-functional teams that support business systems
- Provide level 2/3 SME technical support for Scope’s key business systems
- Actively participate in the acquisition of knowledge in relation to the usage of the software and business processes
- Assist project teams with test planning, test execution, defect management and deployment of new features of major application enhancement projects
- Support the creation and customisation of reports
What We Look For
- Experience in Salesforce Administrator and implementation
- SQL scripting
- Good understanding of ITIL framework
- Ability to work independently as well as be a collaborative member of the team
