About the Role

Based in our Adelaide CBD office, this role will be responsible for proving post placement support and administrating payments to employers on behalf of Workskil Australia and reviewing eligibility requirements based on funding Deeds and guidelines.

This position is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis.

You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice. About You

To be successful in this role, you'll be able to:

  • Ensure all contractual requirements are met and timely recording of case notes and reporting of agreements and payments;
  • Demonstrate experience in providing exceptional customer service;
  • Demonstrate experience in understanding and working to complex administrative procedures and contractual guidelines;
  • Demonstrate experience working to targets and KPIs;
  • Demonstrate strong written communication skills;
  • Demonstrate excellent administration skills and high attention to detail;
  • Prove your ability to learn and navigate multiple systems;
  • Demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the skill to multi-task across various systems and screens whilst maintaining telephone contact; and
  • Be available to work a rotating roster that is across the span of hours 8am-7:30pm, Monday to Friday.

You will also be required to:

  • Have experience in Employment Services or related industry;
  • Have experience in a contact centre environment (desirable); and
  • Have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development.

Remuneration

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
