Comfresh is one of Australia’s leading grower, packer and marketer of premium fresh produce. We work incredibly hard to keep improving the quality of our produce and the service we deliver to our customers Australia wide. Our produce is supplied to all major Australian supermarket chains, independent grocers, and the food service industry.
Start dates will vary depending on the priority and availability. We are currently seeking expression of interest for the following Positions.
- Mobile Plant Operator (salary in the range of $65,000-$70,000 per annum depending on experience).
The purpose of the Mobile Plant Operator role is to provide technical and hands on resource for day- to-day plantings and to support other operators in maintaining efficient plating schedule. It will also involve in the maintain a hygienic and disease-free environment by washing and or sanitising of equipment.
Applicants will be required to demonstrate a certificate II and at least 1 year relevant work experience, alternatively at least 2 years relevant work experience.
- Irrigation Technician (salary in the range of $65,000-$70,000 per annum depending on experience).
The purpose of an Irrigation Technician role is to oversee and operate the implementation of irrigation systems.
Applicants will be required to demonstrate a certificate III and at least 1 year relevant work experience, alternatively at least 3 years relevant work experience.
- Vegetable Grower (salary in the range of $70,000-$80,000 per annum depending on experience).
The key responsibilities of a Vegetable Grower will be to facilitate the effective horticulture practice on multiple locations. Critical elements are maintaining commercial viability of the nurseries and ensuring optimum quality crops.
Applicants will be required to demonstrate a Bachelors Degree and at least 1-2 years relevant work experience, alternatively at least 5 years relevant work experience.
