Sitting within the Public Health Intelligence ICT team, you will provide support and assistance to application managers to manage the resolution of application and system issues that arise. You will also contribute to the application’s ongoing maintenance and support future development. This involves contributing to change, enhancement and defect resolution activities to drive improvement to the user experience.

What you'll do

  • Demonstrate the ability in developing and managing ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management.
  • Have working knowledge of/proficiency with specialised technologies, IT tools and software products, with an aptitude to embrace and employ emerging, contemporary software technologies and tools.
  • Support the Application Manager to ensure the Application is operating in line with relevant application management policies and standards in alignment with documented and approved governance processes.
  • Gather insight and embrace new ideas and innovation to inform future practice
  • Build and sustain relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer-focused outcomes
