What you'll do
- Demonstrate the ability in developing and managing ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management.
- Have working knowledge of/proficiency with specialised technologies, IT tools and software products, with an aptitude to embrace and employ emerging, contemporary software technologies and tools.
- Support the Application Manager to ensure the Application is operating in line with relevant application management policies and standards in alignment with documented and approved governance processes.
- Gather insight and embrace new ideas and innovation to inform future practice
- Build and sustain relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer-focused outcomes
