We are seeking a Consultant Organisational Development to provide Support for our Organisational Development Department.
This is a Full Time, permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Doncaster in line with our hybrid working model.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Lead Organisational Capability, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:
- Apply learning and capability strategy, frameworks, and methodologies, to deliver prioritised actions aligned to achieving AV goals, and aligned to existing people strategies
- Leverage appropriate methodology and technology to deliver effective outcomes to meet the diverse learning and capability needs across AV
- Research, source and develop fit-for-purpose solutions to capability needs, deploying a range of methodologies
- Contribute to the learning needs analysis processes across AV and to the development of training calendars and longer term strategic organisational capability plans
- Provide learning-related change management support and proactively develop proposals for service enhancement and innovation
About you
To be considered for this position you will possess a relevant degree or relevant industry certification with proven subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience. Other requirements include:
- Experience working in a Learning & Development role, or similar
- Experienced consulting, designing, and delivery of learning solutions, using variable mediums, to diverse internal stakeholder groups with measurable impact
- Demonstrated facilitation experience and ability to support effective group discussions
- Experience in development and delivery of learning solutions to support change management
