Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Gaining practical experience across projects or business units tailored to your area of study.
- Engaging in real-world projects in Infrastructure, Water, Rail, and more, or contributing to corporate functions like finance and HR.
- Applying academic knowledge in a practical setting, either on-site or within corporate teams.
- Receiving mentorship and support for growth and development.
About You
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have full working rights in Australia.
- Be available to work full-time during the summer university break.
- Be in their penultimate year of study in fields such as Civil Engineering, Water/Utilities Engineering, Pre-Contracts, Environment & Sustainability, or Commercial.
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy teamwork.
- Be keen to develop a career within the construction industry.
Compensation & Benefits

Training & Development
Interns receive mentorship and support, with guidance provided throughout the placement to aid growth and development.
Career Progression
Successful interns may be invited to join the Graduate Development Program, with priority consideration given to those who complete the Internship Program.
