Job Description:

Stellantis Australia are seeking to engage an IBL Product Planning Coordinator who is responsible for providing operational support including analysis, supporting data and materials to assist the Product Planning team in developing and implementing the product brand strategy for Stellantis Australia.


This position is a 12-month full-time contract position, and all applicants must currently be undertaking a University Bachelor's degree.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with market and product analysis and information for the preparation of monthly commercial committee or brand presentations that are required by the NSC;
  • Complete monthly reporting and analysis as required by the Product department;
  • Analysis of competitor offerings for new and existing vehicles including but not limited to new vehicle features, specifications and pricing;
  • Develop model line performance data and insights (product, price, promotion, place) to assist in formulating Australian vehicle requirements and positioning;
  • Identify, measure and track buyer trends in consumer attitudes, opinions and purchase motivations using the New Car Buyer Survey;
  • Manage automotive segmentation structures in line with Stellantis guidelines;
  • Support with local pricing benchmarks and oversee value sets, manage segmentation structures and run analysis; Support the product planning function in the preparation of business cases, product plan changes across new model years, facelifts and new model generations;
  • Support with development of communication updates based on model year changes & support with new model introduction
  • Perform other duties, administration and projects as directed.


Requirements:

  • Must currently be undertaking a bachelor degree at University;
  • Must be available to work full-time for 12 months;
  • Bachelor Degree level in Marketing, Accounting, Finance or business – required
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders of various levels– verbal and written
  • Actively develops relationships with key stakeholders via regular contact and involvement.
  • Demonstrates ability to develop long and short term relationships.
  • Exudes energy, passion, optimism and commitment to producing great work.
  • Consistently displays personal integrity and respect. Always promotes Stellantis in a positive light.
