Programmed Facility Management are seeking Casual & Permanent Cleaning & Catering Utilities to join our Karratha Team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides facility management services to a well-known Oil & Gas Company situated in the Pilbara, WA.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Department Supervisors, the Utilities will support the Catering, Cleaning and Grounds Teams across the Town and Site to ensure service delivery and maintenance work is achieved daily.
From general grounds upkeep of the Properties and Facilities owned by Woodside, to maintaining a high standard of daily food preparation, dining room and delivery service on Site, to cleaning and general upkeep of Minesite and Crib room facilities – this role is varied and requires flexibility, each day is different to the next.
Duties include:
Achieve completion targets within allocated timeframes, respond to timely ad-hoc cleaning requests
Appropriate use and storage of chemicals
Assist Department Heads with stock take
Assist other departments from time to time if required
Assist with green waste management of accommodation and facility
Assistance with the provision of high-quality, nutritious, and well-presented meals including bulk food preparation, labelling etc.
Ensure that the designated Grounds areas are kept clean, orderly and properly maintained
Ensure the main facility and all designated work areas are held to a high standard of presentation and cleanliness; ensure all kitchenware is washed and stored and rubbish is removed to standard, and service and working areas are kept neat and tidy
Ensuring compliance with Australian standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
Follow Cleaning, Catering and Grounds Policies and Procedures
Keeping daily logs and records of all workorders completed
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety practices, in line with HACCP guidelines, procedures and documentation
Maintenance of the kitchen premises and food production equipment
Minesite Cleaning of Site offices and facilities, crib rooms and all ablutions
Notifying the Supervisor of any maintenance requests/issues required within the Facility
Respond timely to any ad-hoc Grounds maintenance requests
Use and store chemicals appropriately, maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials

Australian Working Rights (mandatory)
VALID C Class License (mandatory)
Ability to pass comprehensive (Client) Pre-Employment Medical including Instant Drug and Alcohol Screening (mandatory)
Current satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months) (mandatory)
Previous experience at a Minesite Village experience (desirable)
Construction White Card (desirable)
Working at Heights (desirable)
The following experience / qualifications with Grounds work, Food Safety and Cleaning, First Aid, Building Management & HSE Systems (desirable)
MSIC and ISI Training (desirable)
Additionally, you will also possess the following skills:
Basic Systems and Technology experience i.e., MS Office, online/web-based Workorder Management Software and Safety, Payroll & Training requirements,
Ability to work in a Team; be a self-motivator and take instructions.
Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing work tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate a professional approach in the workplace, with excellent customer service skills.
Have a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others, at all times.
