Are you a creative and technically skilled Architectural Designer with a passion for shaping inspiring commercial and healthcare environments?Our client specialises in end-to-end design and fitout solutions that enhance productivity, wellbeing, and brand identity. They're going through a phase of growth and looking for a talented Architectural Designer to join them as they move into the new build projects.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will:
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders from concept to completion
- Lead design development and documentation for a wide range of commercial and healthcare fitouts
- Produce high-quality drawings, 3D models, and presentations using ArchiCAD and Adobe Suite
- Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables
- Stay informed on industry trends, building codes, and materials
- 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design or interior architecture
- Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial and/or healthcare design experience
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of BCA, NCC, and local authority compliance
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail and materials
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
