We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant team at our Erskineville Centre, Monday to Friday.

To be considered, you’ll need the following qualifications and certifications:
- A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- A valid Working with Children Check and Child Protection Certificate.
As an Early Childhood Educator or Room Leader, you’ll:
- Inspire and engage children through play-based learning and enriching experiences.
- Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.
- Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and resilience.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team.
- Celebrate and document children’s developmental milestones.
- Lead the curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
