The key responsibilities of this role are:
- Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements.
- Develop training materials and resources to support training initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with various department heads to understand their training needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training methods and techniques.
- Facilitate a range of learning and development activities.
- Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
A successful Digital Learning and Training Officer should have:
-
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering engaging and effective training workshops relating to digital systems. -
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with strong communication across diverse customers. -
Ability to manage a varied workload while maintaining deadlines. -
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple learning and development projects, including leading training workshops. -
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite. -
Advanced skills in Copilot for Microsoft 365. -
Change Management skills. -
Previous experience with the TechnologyOne OneCouncil solution.
