Description:

Deliver procurement services that align with governance requirements, Council policy, and legislation. -
Provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders on procurement best practices. -
Support end-to-end tendering processes, including contract preparation, evaluation, and documentation. -
Maintain supplier records, assist in compliance reporting, and ensure accurate purchasing documentation. -
Promote high standards of probity and accountability in all procurement activity. -
Support daily operational tasks including purchasing requests, supplier onboarding, and reporting. -
Contribute to workplace health and safety and sustainability goals through procurement decisions.
Requirements:
You'll be an experienced procurement professional with demonstrated capability across purchasing, tenders, and contract administration. You can confidently interpret and apply procurement policy, work collaboratively with operational teams, and drive compliant outcomes. A background in government or regulated environments will be highly regarded.
