What You'll Do:



  • Lead & Grow: Own and deliver on national sales targets by developing bold growth initiatives and strategic account plans.

  • Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging relationships to drive commercial outcomes.


  • Innovate & Simplify: Identify and act on '80/20' priorities, simplify processes and proactively solve problems to deliver results.


  • Customer Focus: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with end users and customers, ensuring exceptional after-sales service, training, and support.


  • Champion Safety & Culture: Lead by example, fostering a culture of safety, inclusion and accountability.
