An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Office of General Counsel (OGC). This varied role is fundamental to OGC’s ability to service the firm’s engagement teams and clients.

You will be working in a fast-paced flexible environment as part of a supportive, dynamic, and high performing team. It is imperative when working with OGC that you have a focus on maintaining confidentiality as you will be working with highly sensitive information.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the General Counsel (National Executive Committee member) and senior OGC stakeholders by efficiently managing workflow, diary and document management, as well as internal and external meeting organisation
  • Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information
  • Acting as a liaison with other parts of the business, including client services, our internal technology team (CTG) and other executive assistants
  • Ensuring the OGC leadership team is prepared and structured in their internal/external dealings
  • Document/letter creation
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and information reporting
  • Preparing insurance reports and being a key stakeholder in managing relationships with KPMG’s insurers
  • OGC invoicing, general expenses, timesheets, and financial reporting
  • Coordinating electronic signing of new engagements via DocuSign
  • Supporting the team with systems and technology queries and upskilling
  • Making travel arrangements and global liaison
  • Working with other operational team members within OGC to support the effective running of the team
  • Co-ordinating arrangements for team events, including team development days
  • Providing administrative support to a team of friendly and inclusive lawyers
