Duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage existing clients and new clients through leads and referrals
- Provide technical advice on financial strategies, high quality financial and risk management advice to clients
- Provide outstanding and efficient service to all customers
- Be well organised and highly process driven to ensure compliance in all considerations
- Maintain up to date industry knowledge
- FASEA Qualified with 3 + years’ experience as a Financial Planner
- Understanding of financial planning regulations and compliance, with a strong attention to detail
- Client focused and motivated to provide exceptional service and have a significant impact on the lives of clients
- A growth mindset and approach to their role
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture, as well as manage their role autonomously
