The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Civil Maintenance Crew professional to join our City Works Team. Reporting to the Civil Maintenance Crew Leader, your role will involve:
• Maintaining and repairing council's civil infrastructure assets, including roads, footpaths, and drainage systems
• Operating a range of plant and equipment, such as trucks, backhoes, and compaction equipment
• Ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently, adhering to quality standards and environmental regulations
• Providing excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders

About You
We are looking for someone with:
• Experience in civil construction and maintenance work, preferably in a local government setting
• A current Driver's License and the ability to operate plant and equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
