About the Company:

Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specializing in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.
The Role:
Our participant is a 5 year old boy with ASD,ADHD who requires support in his daily activities. The successful applicant requires to have previous experience with children with ASD and ADHD.
Available shifts:
Tuesday 3:30 pm - 10 pm / sleepover
Friday 3:30 pm - 10 pm /sleepover
Rates
- Day - $ 43.75 per hour
- Afternoon - $48.12 per hour
- Saturday - $61.25 per hour
- Sunday - $78.75 per hour
- Sleepover: $60 plus 2 night hours
- .99c per KM for particpant related travel
Duties
- Assist with self care independance
- Assist with daily tasks and activities
Skills and experiences
- Australian Driver Licence
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged care
- Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
- Current Blue Card
- Current Yellow Card
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
- Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
- Administer medication
