At Siemens we prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, and the environment. In addition, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate EHS considerations into daily operations and ongoing projects.
Your responsibilities will also include managing hazardous waste disposal, ensuring proper handling and storage of hazardous materials, and conducting risk assessments to develop emergency response plans. You should possess strong analytical skills, be able to identify hazards and develop effective solutions, and communicate clearly and confidently with all levels of the organization. You will be a proactive team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. A Certificate IV in EHS and a Certificate in Provide First Aid (including CPR) are required for this position.
In addition to your hands-on experience in EHS management, we’re looking for someone who is proficient in EHS management systems and software. You should have excellent organizational skills, be capable of leading training sessions, and have a strong grasp of environmental management practices and sustainability initiatives. Experience with incident investigation, root cause analysis, and familiarity with ISO audit requirements will be highly beneficial.
At Siemens, you will be joining a forward-thinking company committed to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for career growth, and a collaborative, supportive work environment. You’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the safety culture and environmental responsibility of the organization.
If you are an EHS professional who is passionate about safety, sustainability, and driving positive change, we’d love to hear from you.
In return Siemens offer a rewarding team environment, multiple career paths, and commitment to your ongoing learning and development.
