About The Role
Bittn is currently recruiting for a Field Service Scheduler on the Gold Coast to join our Operations department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an industry leader and join a close-knit team to support our Field Service team. To succeed in this role, you will be logical, ambitious and have the ability to laugh at yourself every now and then.
As a Field Service Scheduler, you will be responsible for:
- Job scheduling and technician workflow support
- Liaising with both customers and technicians to obtain information and coordinate the schedule in response to daily changes.
- Working towards job entry targets and KPI’s, maintaining job completion rates & technician utilisation rates
- Being a point of contact for our clients, Tenants, Builders, Real Estate Agents, Body Corporate and Home Owners
- Managing the CRM data base and proactively following up with customers as required
- Providing exceptional customer service through all touch points
- Working with the internal Sales and Management teams to find on-site solutions to situations that present themselves on a day to day basis
About You
Aside from having the below experience, we’re basically looking for someone who fits our culture. Simply put, you must bring good energy to our team and have fun doing it.
That aside, suitable candidates will possess the following:
- Customer Service experience of 2 years (Essential)
- Experience in scheduling or bookings (Preferred)
- Experience in the Field Service, Construction or Real Estate/ Body Corporate industries (Preferred)
- SalesForce CRM experience (Preferred)
- Demonstrated decision-making ability
- Good prioritisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Tech savvy
- High energy with a passion for the workplace
- Resilient individual with a good sense of humour
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
