Description:
Provide services to support the efficient and effective delivery of the Rural Financial Counselling Program in regional NSW.
ADMINISTRATION
Provide administrative and technical support to counsellors and managers throughout the service delivery process
Collate and complete transactional client applications for grants and subsidies
Maintain accurate program and other relevant data
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Provide high level internal and external service and support to clients and RFC’s
Provide assistance to incoming 1800 call, webchat, web page and referred clients in relation to programs provided by government and industry
Respond to, and complete, transactional enquiries
Identify opportunities for clients to engage with a Financial Counsellor
Maintain a basic knowledge of issues impacting farming and other small businesses relevant to the local region
FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
Collate financial information, input and review financial data and complete other tasks to support financial analysis
Maintain up to date knowledge of State Government, Federal Government and other assistance programs available to clients
Support the completion of client file audits including providing insights and opportunities improvement
PROJECT DELIVERY
Develop project plans and tools to assist in project delivery
Complete assigned project tasks as required
Support project reporting and evaluation processes
