About the role.
As a Marketing & Communications Analyst, you will be working within a team to deliver agrifood innovation projects across Australia and Indo-Pacific region. You will help support and provide leverage to MarComms teams, both strategic and operational in nature; strengthening awareness and perception of Beanstalk brand and team out in the wild; strengthening impact and efficiency of MarComms through standardisation and systems set up.

We're on the lookout for a high-performing, entrepreneurial, and impact-driven individual to join our team.
This is not your average role — it’s a chance to work at the intersection of innovation, agriculture, sustainability, and venture building. You’ll be engaging with a cross-section of the agrifood ecosystem — from startups and investors to government and global agribusinesses — all while shaping work that matters.
- Support content creation and writing for Beanstalk’s owned channels, including social media, website and blogs, to showcase our impact and community.
- Assist with media and industry mapping and identifying thought leadership opportunities across agtech, climate, and innovation spaces.
- Conduct research on agtech trends , thought leader activities, and industry news to inform content and strategic positioning.
- Collaborate with the communications team to amplify storytelling around Beanstalk’s startups, programs, and partnerships.
- Support the team in managing marketing collateral and ensure media lists, event calendars, team profiles, and the photo library are kept up to date and well-organised.
- Be self-motivated and eager to learn , with the flexibility to take on ad hoc responsibilities and contribute across different projects as needed.
Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Attributes
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A strong writer and confident verbal communicator.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, self-motivated, and quick to learn.
- A basic understanding of digital marketing tools, Canva, video editing, public relations, and social media platforms is a plus.
- Someone who takes initiative and is comfortable working with the team and collaborating on multiple projects.
- An interest in agriculture, food systems, and/or the start-up ecosystem
