What We’re Looking For: ✅ Proven experience in smaller scale projects - no bulk earthworks
✅ Proven experience as an operator in civil or industrial environments
✅ Current QAL/BSL/RTY Blue Medipass (or willingness to obtain)
✅ A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and efficiency
✅ RII certifications for operating 1-2 of:
- Front End Loader
- Skid Steer Loader
- Excavator
- Roller
✨ Permanent, full-time work – No FIFO/DIDO, be home every night
✨ Local work in the Gladstone region
✨ Monday to Friday schedule with occasional overtime
