Hunt St helps Australian companies hire top Filipino talent directly — without paying ongoing outsourcing fees. Think headhunting meets remote work. We're scaling fast and looking for our first dedicated Account Executive to join our Sydney-based (remote-friendly) team.
The Role
You'll be the first voice many of our inbound leads hear. You'll guide business owners through our simple hiring model, explain the value of hiring direct, and help them bring on incredible offshore staff. No cold calling. All leads are inbound and already warm — they’ve seen our ads and booked a call.
Key Responsibilities
- Run ~10–12 qualified inbound phone calls daily (pre-booked)
- Educate prospects on our headhunting model and value prop
- Close deals (typically $4,500–$6,000 project fees) with fast sales cycles
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a smooth handover
- Track pipeline and performance in Close CRM
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales, client-facing, or account management roles
- Clear communicator with a warm, consultative approach
- Fast learner who enjoys autonomy and working at pace
- Bonus: experience with recruitment, SaaS, or talent services
Benefits
What You’ll Get
- $75,000–$85,000 base salary + uncapped commission
- OTE of $130K–$190K+
- Fully remote (must be based in Australia, preference for east coast)
- Training, scripting, and strong inbound lead volume
- Work directly with the founders
