? What You’ll Be Doing
• Be the friendly voice of Hoselink – helping customers over the phone, email, and live chat.
• Listen to customer needs and provide personalised solutions that leave them feeling heard and happy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or order issues with care and professionalism.
• Log and follow up on customer interactions to ensure a smooth and consistent service experience.
• Work closely with a tight-knit team and collaborate across departments to continuously improve what we do.

? What We’re Looking For
• Customer-first mindset – You’ve got at least 12 months of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, hotel, or similar) and
love helping people.
• Confident communicator – Whether it’s over the phone or email, you know how to make customers feel supported and
understood.
• Problem solver – You think on your feet and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into a challenge.
• Reliable & detail-oriented – You take pride in doing things well and never miss the little things.
• Ready to grow – You’re looking for a long-term role where you can develop your skills and grow within a stable, well-known company.

? The Details
• Casual Contract - Full-time Hours
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
• One 8:00am team meeting per month
• Located in the Northern Beaches (Free parking onsite!)
• Work alongside the Customer Service Team Manager, Head of Customer & People, and other amazing teams including Product Development and the Warehouse.
