Your new role
As the full-time Store Manager at our Williams Settlement City store, you will be responsible for taking your store to the next level! You will be leading your team to create a great customer experience, increase sales and maintain the operational store standards. With a best in class Point of Sales system, you will have the tools to achieve the above.
Duties
* Provide and maintain a high level of customer experience
* Maintain VM standards and stock management
* Roster management and wage control
* Lead, motivate and inspire to achieve store targets
* Coach, develop and mentor your team
Skills & Experience
* Previous Retail Management experience
* Passion for coaching and developing your team
* Strong organisational skills - Ability to multi task
* Creating a customer service culture
* Driving performance within your team
