As Our HR Support Officer, You Will:- Provide accurate, timely and authoritative advice on, HR procedures and a broad range of current and emerging HR practices and topics, including Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
As Our HR Support Officer, You Will:
- Provide accurate, timely and authoritative advice on, HR procedures and a broad range of current and emerging HR practices and topics, including Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
- Provide administration support services by producing HR reports and documentation.
- Ensure human resource activities align with policy and guidelines and support the achievement of business objectives.
- Research innovative human resource practices, including performing research and analysis using human resource information and systems, identifying issues and trends, and escalating for management team consideration.
- Contribute to and support the HR operations team processes, activities, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with work colleagues, senior management, internal and external clients, valuing diversity and treating people with respect and dignity.
- Actively contribute to recruitment and retention activities to assist in ensuring that the staffing needs of the NFAEP are met.
- Support and facilitate workforce initiatives approved by the management team.
