We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to join our L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division. Reporting into the Managing Director for the division, you will also provide seamless support to our broader management committee in a supportive and collaborative environment.About The Job
- Manage complex calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing inquiries and ensuring effective communication flow.
- Collaborate with other assistants and team members to maintain a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Complete ad hoc tasks as required for project based requests.
- Coordinate and arrange external events including divisional conferences.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator or Administrative Assistant within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
