The Role
An exciting opportunity is on offer for an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to oversee and mentor our friendly Educators at our Hawthorn Centre. This is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week across 5 days.
You will have extensive experience in a leadership role in high quality early learning centres and a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, including impeccable written and verbal communication.
You will demonstrate strong mentoring and leadership skills, empowering each Lead Educator to exceed in their program and planning.
- Salary- $71,000- $75,000
Skills & Experience
- A minimum of a Diploma and/or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- Minimum of 2 years' previous experience as an Educational Leader
- Strong knowledge of EYLF
- Strong Knowledge of the NQF, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Ability to train and induct large group of staff members
