The hotel has 109 rooms on six floors and will feature event and meeting areas, an iconic London restaurant, The Palomar, a coffee house featuring the popular Baker Bleu pastries, a cozy cocktail and wine bar and rooftop bar Monica with city skyline views. The ground floor outlets are in collaboration with award-winning London-based creative hospitality studio, Studio Paskin. A new era awaits at the 25hours Hotel The Olympia which will shape and transform Paddington, welcoming a vibrant and diverse team, bringing its vision to life.

As Purchasing Manager , you make sure our teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Department Heads, you take ownership of procurement and administrative processes—keeping things efficient, organised, and cost-effective behind the scenes.
Job Description
This is your daily contribution to an exceptional guest experience…
- You ensure stock levels are well-managed and storerooms stay organised and under control.
- You help plan and manage budgets, keeping a close and strategic eye on purchasing and cost control.
- You support F&B projects, stepping in to assist across departments when needed—especially during absences or peak periods.
- As a trained catering professional, you maintain a clear overview, even when juggling multiple requests or projects at once.
- You collaborate with other departments to make sure procurement aligns with operational needs and guest expectations.
- You handle supplier relations with professionalism, ensuring timely deliveries, quality standards, and best-value agreements.
- You stay on top of admin procedures, from order tracking to invoice processing, keeping everything compliant and audit-ready.

- You have a background in catering, hospitality, or hotel procurement—with strong operational insight.
- You’re organised, detail-oriented, and have a clear understanding of purchasing procedures and inventory systems.
