Description:
As a Beautician for Browz & Beauty you are required to enhance the beauty of our clients. Your position will include delivering the highest quality customer service along with professional, friendly advice to give the customer 100% satisfaction.
·Key responsibilities: Ensuring the appointment book is correctly used at all times and appointments are well set out.
·Performing ALL beauty treatments available in the salon.
·Working with the team to follow company policy and procedure
·Upselling and promoting products and services
·Achieving 85% minimum on Mystery Shopper Reports.
·Personally, achieving all 3 KPI’s as set by management team. (Exact KPI’s will be given in store)
·Weekly sending 2 photographs to the Marketing Team
·Minimum 1 google/ facebook review per week
·Achieving weekly targets as set by the management team
·Caring for clients’ skin
·Giving a client consult and professionally advising the clients
·Having a high standard of Personal hygiene and grooming
·Understanding product information
·Making sure that the salon is immaculate, organized and tidy.
·Assuring the highest standard of customer care and services at all time.
·Resolving/Handling any customer complaints with assistance from manager.
·Making sure that all equipment is properly sanitised and cleaned. Strictly follow all procedures.
·Taking cash and credit card payment from clients
·Teaching clients how to maintain a particular look
·Book & re-book client appointments
·Able to hold long engaging conversations with clients to put them at ease.
·Being able to stand for long periods of time
·Assist Head Office and the Marketing team with any requests
·Participating in REGULAR stock take
·Report to Head Office statistics and daily sales
