$70,265 - $76,360 per annum (qualified wage)

Your opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available within our Infrastructure Services Directorate for a Water and Sewerage Network Operations Worker (Licensed Plumber). We also welcome applications from apprentices in the final year of their trade qualification.
In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and construction of plumbing, water, and wastewater infrastructure and assets across the council region.

Essential
1. MR ‘Manual’ drivers licence (or willing to obtain)
2. Licenced Plumber & Drainer
3. General Construction Card (White card)
4. High Risk licence Forklift (or willing to obtain)
5. Provide First Aid/ CPR (or willing to obtain)
6. Working Safely at Heights (or willing to obtain)
7. Traffic Management Implementation (or willing to obtain)
8. Working in Confined Space and Breathing Apparatus (or willing to obtain)
Desirable
1. Trenching and shoring certification
2. Poly Welding Certification
3. Backflow prevention accreditation
4. Plant machinery Verification of competency
