The Wellbeing and Injury Management Lead is accountable for planning and developing the Employee Wellbeing and Injury Management Strategy and priorities,
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and lead the organisation's Employee Wellbeing and Injury Management Strategy, aligning with broader people and safety objectives
- Champion a proactive, integrated approach to psychosocial safety, employee wellbeing, and injury management.
- Provide high-level advice and support to enable employees to stay healthy at work and recover from injury or illness effectively.
- Lead early intervention and wellbeing initiatives that reduce risk and improve individual health outcomes.
- Support business areas with timely, practical guidance on wellbeing and injury management policies and procedures.
- Promote a culture of care and safety to enhance overall employee and stakeholder experience.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, strategic planning, and expertise in workplace health, wellbeing, and injury management.
Your Profile
- Expert knowledge of psychosocial safety, health, and injury management practices and legislation
- Strategic planning skills to design and implement wellbeing and injury initiatives
- Strong communication and influencing abilities across all organisational levels
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills to assess risk and guide interventions
- Leadership and stakeholder engagement to embed a proactive safety culture
