Are you a qualified Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with a passion for aged care? At Plena Healthcare, you’ll join a large, collaborative multidisciplinary team that’s leading the way in how allied health services are delivered in Residential Aged Care.

This model allows you to tailor therapy programs to each resident’s goals - delivering evidence-based mobility and functional programs, one-to-one therapy, care plan reviews, and group-based active ageing initiatives.


Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to support residents' independence in daily living, mobility, and functional capacity.
  • Develop and deliver tailored clinical recommendations for transfers, falls prevention, and pain management.
  • Support residents through equipment prescription, arthritic joint care, and skin integrity and pressure area management.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, goal-driven care for each resident.
  • Adapt flexibly to the changing needs of the facility and residents, while maintaining professional standards.

To join our inspiring team, you will need:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Australian working rights
  • Willing to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
  • Current driver's license
