We are seeking a Senior Administration Officer to join our team, reporting to the Head of Tram Operations.

The Senior Administration Officer provides correspondence (preparation and coordination), undertaking research and project work, executive officer support (various committees and forums) and calendar management. The role is expected to be responsive in the delivery of identified administrative support services.

This role will be based in Glengowrie, but may be reassigned for development opportunities, backfilling, or changes to business requirements.

The role will have a functional reporting line to the Office Manager, PTSA as part of the broader Administration team.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in a similar operational administrative role.

Well-developed communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with key stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to process high volumes of quality accurate detailed work and analyse information to provide recommendations in reports and correspondence.

Demonstrated use of MS Office skills (inc. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint).

Special Conditions
A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.

Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.

Remuneration
ASO4 - $76,561 to $80,256 pa + superannuation
