Speech Pathologist - Locum Contracts (6-12 Weeks) - Regional Queensland
Are you a passionate Speech Pathologist looking for a rewarding locum opportunity in the beautify state of Queensland? We are seeking dedicated Speech Pathologist who are available for contracts starting at a minimum of 6 weeks, with opportunities for extension up to 12 weeks. If locum work doesn't suit your needs, we can also offer permanent opportunities!
About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments .
- Developing individualized therapy plans to support communication and swallowing needs.
- Providing intervention and support for NDIS participants, children, and adults .
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Delivering therapy in clinical, community, and home-based settings .
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will also have:
- A Bachelor's in Speech Pathology .
- At least two years of recent experience in speech pathology.
- Current First Aid Certificate .
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Current Working with Children Check & National Police Check
- Right to work in Australia
