The Role - Your Front-Row Seat to Scaling a Business 🚀

As Manager Operations Improvement and Analysis, you'll be the closest thought partner to our General Manager of Victoria , working across sales, pricing, operations, cost management, and digital strategy. You'll be at the center of the action - from high-level strategic brainstorming to real-time execution on the ground.

What We're Looking For

✅ Owner's Mindset - You take initiative, move fast, and care deeply about results.

✅ Top-Tier Problem Solver - 2-4 years in MBB, PIP, A&M, Strategy& or similar consulting backgrounds , ideally with experience in operational improvements.

✅ Data-Driven & Analytical - Strong Excel modeling, data analysis, and storytelling through PowerPoint.

✅ Execution Machine - You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects while staying laser-focused on outcomes.

✅ Adaptable & Curious - You love tackling ambiguous challenges and can navigate through uncertainty with confidence.
