Elevate Cardiac Care in the Community: Clinical Nurse - Cardiac Rehab Outpatient!
Are you an experienced and passionate Clinical Nurse with proven Cardiac Nursing experience and a strong interest in cardiac rehabilitation? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to join our team and play a key role in developing and implementing effective and efficient cardiac services within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu region.
In this impactful role, you will leverage your post-registration experience and clinical expertise to provide a high level of support aimed at improving outcomes for clients with cardiac conditions. You will be instrumental in initiatives focused on reducing emergency department presentations and hospital admissions, decreasing length of stay, and ensuring timely transitions of care.

Applicant Information
This is a part time vacancy, working 30.4 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
