About the role

ARRCS are actively sourcing an experienced Workforce Coordinator to join the Darwin based Home Care team and provide support to the rostering / scheduling of our services. In addition, they will provide support to the day-to-day enquiries, amendments, and requests from our Support staff.

This role is being offered on a permanent full-time basis and attracts a salary of $34.03-$35.45 / hour gross base pending experience.

This role would ideally suit an organised and proactive person who enjoys coordinating and problem solving. You will enjoy working in a busy team and comfortable with times of stress and short deadlines. In addition, you will have excellent customer service skills and patience when working with our consumers and their families. You will have excellent and clear communication skills and previous experience using computers with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.

Skills & experience

To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications:

  • Experience within a workforce coordination, rostering or scheduling capacity.
  • Knowledge of culturally sensitive practice when working with Aboriginal and Torre Strait islander people and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
  • Prior use of Microsoft Office suite and other online client reporting systems.
  • Ability to respond and adapt to competing priorities whilst working unsupervised.
