About the role
Looking for a rewarding role and to contribute to the wellbeing of your local community? Are you people-oriented? Join our team as a phlebotomist! Experience in specimen collection, medical terminology or data entry is preferred, but not essential as on the job training will be provided. Minimal shift work required.

Proven ability to work under limited supervision, prioritise tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail under pressure.

Demonstrated experience in pathology laboratory settings, including the use of information systems, databases, and responding to customer enquiries.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate within a team and liaise confidently with a wide range of staff and clients.

Sound knowledge of pathology operations and a proactive approach to identifying and escalating issues when required.
