The Role

As Deputy Boutique Manager, you will be the right hand to the Boutique Manager, helping to drive store performance, lead the team, and uphold the brand's exceptional service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that will see you coaching on the floor, analysing KPIs, and delivering meaningful client interactions.

You will:

  • Support the Boutique Manager in all areas of store operations and leadership

  • Take ownership of the store's performance in their absence

  • Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering outstanding service and coaching the team in real time

  • Analyse sales data and develop strategic action plans to boost results

  • Nurture and grow client relationships through tailored clienteling efforts and CRM best practices

  • Contribute to visual merchandising, grooming, and presentation standards

  • Oversee operational processes including inventory, security, and compliance

  • Play an active role in events and local brand engagement activities

  • Confidence in managing boutique operations, systems, and procedures
