About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administrative Services Officer to join our dedicated Transition Care Programme (TCP) team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go-to person for providing administrative support to the TCP Service Manager and wider team. Your day-to-day will be varied and rewarding—ranging from reception duties and data entry to maintaining accurate records and managing internal filing systems. You’ll also act as a key contact point for enquiries, ensuring information on programmes and services is shared with clarity and care.
As part of a friendly, multi-disciplinary team, you’ll play an important role in helping older Australians transition smoothly from hospital care to their home or another long-term care setting. If you have a knack for multitasking, a passion for helping others, and strong attention to detail, this could be the ideal opportunity to contribute to a service that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.
