About Us
The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing field based support customers, working in collaboration with colleagues, to resolve customer affecting technical issues promptly and in line with agreed SLA's.
Responsibilities
- Respond to breakdown calls
- Diagnose & repair breakdowns accurately
- Maintain the service vehicle, including supplied tools, and workshop in a safe & orderly manner
- Scheduled routine maintenance of equipment
- Effective daily communication with Service Manager & Scheduler
- Promoting healthy relationships with customers and colleagues
Your Profile
- Must Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or Tradesperson Certificate
- A strong technical aptitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work to set KPI's and self-manage time
- Excellent personal presentation and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills
