Description:
- Own governance across Vendors and internal teams.
- Own the production of Program level governance reports
- Provide oversight on financial reporting
- Assist in developing team engagement strategies and delivering team days offsite.
Requirements:
- Strong preference for Retail experience.
- Experience in establishing transformation PMO capabilities.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders to articulate the objectives of the program.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
- A coaching mindset to improve project management & PMO capabilities.
