Kushaal Pty Ltd T/A BP Narromine is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
About the Role:
The position is responsible for monitoring the overall performance and operations of our store, ensuring that maximum sales, profit, and customer satisfaction are achieved through effective merchandising, pricing and inventory control. Organises and controls the operations of a retail trading establishment. This position will be directly reporting to the Director and the job description includes but is not limited to: Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective day-to-day store operations and determine the level of stock for smooth sales and service standards.
·Proactively plan and direct outstanding customer service and sustain sound client relations.
·Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers with confidence and promote the sale of products.
- Capability to work in a team and solve problems.
- Ability to recruit, train, develop staff, manage performance and comply with company procedures
- Apply sound financial judgment to drive sales and meet business targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff, manage team performance, and ensure adherence to company procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Responsible for overseeing the shop accounts to ensure all financial transactions are recorded as per the compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver and direct outstanding customer service while nurturing strong client relationships.
- Oversee and maintain accurate shop accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company standards.
About the applicant:
·At least a Diploma in business or management.
·At least a year of previous retail management experience
·Excellent communication skills
·Motivation to inspire team members for excellence
·Good time management & leadership skills

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: AUD 74,000 per year plus superannuation.
