Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations of the residential aged care facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative frameworks, accreditation standards, and industry regulations.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and cost-efficiency strategies, while driving the facility's financial performance.
- Foster a positive and supportive culture through transformational leadership, promoting staff empowerment and development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve the strategic goals of the facility and the broader organisation.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that aligns with industry best practices and resident well-being.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care standards, service delivery, and operational processes.
Requirements:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse.
- Previous management experience in residential aged care
- Strong understanding and experience with compliance, accreditation and aged care standards
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
- Passion for quality care, staff engagement and operational performance
- Full working rights within Australia.
