About the Role
As a HR Coordinator , you will play a vital role in supporting a small, dynamic HR team during a crucial period of expansion. You will contribute to key HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks while learning and growing within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR systems and documentation, ensuring employee data and documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to attract and onboard top talent.
- Support the development of HR policies, update procedures, and manage system queries.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist with performance reviews and other HR matters.
- Help ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and manage employee variations.
Skills and Experience:
This role is ideal for a proactive and self-motivated professional who can work independently and confidently collaborate with senior leadership. You will be the go-to person for HR administration tasks, while being empowered to grow and develop within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in human resources or a similar role, preferably within a professional service or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
