Description:

WOW Recruitment is looking for an Office Administrator to join an established Financial Services company in Balmain, Sydney.
  • Office based - 5 days in Balmain
  • Salary: $70k + Super
  • Reporting to: CFO
  • Join a leading financial company where you will liaise closely with all teams

As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office to ensure smooth and efficient business functions.
This role supports staff, manages office resources, maintains records, performs administrative tasks, and acts as a point of contact for internal and external contacts.

Your Role:

  • Manage daily office administration, including correspondence, filing, and supplies.
  • Handle visitor and delivery reception.
  • Oversee office security, access passes, and liaise with security services.
  • Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, equipment upkeep, and liaise with relevant parties.
  • Support staff on-boarding/off-boarding, event organisation, and general administrative tasks, including IT support.
About You:
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role
  • Diligent with excellent attention to detail and strong logical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Discretion with confidential information
