As they continue to expand their marketing function, they are now seeking a passionate and proactive Category Marketing Specialist to join their high-performing team.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Digital & Data, this role will focus on driving growth for a specific product category. You'll work closely with the category management team to develop and execute strategic, multi-channel marketing plans that fuel customer engagement and sales growth.
With a blend of digital and traditional channels at your disposal, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign delivery—planning, content creation, execution, and performance tracking. You'll also play a key role in defining category value propositions and ensuring clear, compelling product messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans tailored to the growth drivers of your assigned category.
- Create high-impact content across digital, social, print, email, and event channels to support category and product promotion.
- Collaborate with design and digital teams to launch multi-channel campaigns, using platforms like SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Support sales enablement by producing product marketing assets, white papers, case studies, webinars, and technical content.
- Track and optimise campaign performance, applying data-driven insights to improve ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets, forecast monthly spend, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Build and maintain campaign calendars and contribute to marketing process improvement.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or a related B2B environment.
- Experience in category, product, or trade marketing roles, with proven campaign execution skills.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Confident content creator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Monday.com and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and strong commercial acumen.
